Monday Afternoon – Friday Morning

Monday – Arrival & First Taste of Valencia

Afternoon

  • Arrive in Valencia.
  • Check in to your apartment (available from 2:00 PM).
  • Take some time to settle in and freshen up.

Late Afternoon

  • Enjoy an easy walk through the historic city centre.
  • Visit Plaza de la Reina and Plaza de la Virgen.
  • Admire the exterior of Valencia Cathedral and soak up the atmosphere.

Evening

  • Enjoy your first dinner at a traditional Spanish restaurant.
  • If you still have energy, take a leisurely evening stroll through the beautifully illuminated old town.

 

Tuesday – Historic Valencia

Morning

  • Visit Valencia Cathedral.
  • Climb El Miguelete Bell Tower for spectacular panoramic views.

Late Morning

  • Explore the charming El Carmen district.
  • Discover its colourful street art, hidden squares, and historic streets.

Lunch

  • Enjoy authentic tapas in one of the local restaurants.

Afternoon

  • Visit the Serranos Towers.
  • Explore the Central Market and sample local delicacies.

Evening

  • Have dinner in the vibrant Ruzafa neighbourhood, famous for its restaurants, cafés, and nightlife.

 

Wednesday – City of Arts and Sciences

Morning

  • Visit the impressive City of Arts and Sciences.
  • Take plenty of time to admire its iconic architecture.

Lunch

  • Enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants nearby.

Afternoon

  • Spend several hours exploring Oceanogràfic, Europe's largest aquarium.

Evening

  • Walk around the beautifully illuminated complex before enjoying dinner nearby.

 

Thursday – Turia Gardens & Beach

Morning

  • Rent a bicycle.
  • Cycle through the stunning Turia Gardens, one of Europe's largest urban parks.

Late Morning

  • Continue cycling to Malvarrosa Beach.

Lunch

  • Enjoy an authentic Valencian paella at one of the beachfront restaurants.

Afternoon

  • Relax on the beach, swim in the Mediterranean, or enjoy a drink on a terrace overlooking the sea.

Evening

  • Return to the city centre.
  • Celebrate your final evening with dinner and perhaps a glass of Agua de Valencia.

 

Friday – Departure

Morning

  • Check out of the apartment before 11:00 AM.
  • If time allows, enjoy a coffee and pastry at a nearby café before heading to the airport or train station.
